The development of the world robotics is inevitable with rapid supporting science and technology. There are various types classifications robots, although basic not much different. One type robot that in demand most widely developed wheeled robot. component itself generally divided into 3 parts, first sensor, second processor or actuator, this study which behaves as an actuator a wheel, while researchers utilize brainwave reader headsets from neurosky, those served using Arduino Uno R3. neurosky headset works wirelessly Bluetooth connection, data sent form brain wave power level (blink streght level). Before it can be translated telepathic command, signal captured processed android handset application built based on blynk IoT, then after command to processing has previously been fitted HC-06 bluetooth module hardware. capture wireless broadcasts device, only by becomes move forward, backward, left, right L298N motor driver. test results ideal environment showed average system success 85%, testing non-ideal (with obstacles space distance) 40% each carried out 10 times.
